Ordering Online
We at Nwakaego-Odigwe.com would like to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. To place an order from our website simply click on the item of interest, select the desired color and size, then add it to your shopping bag. This will automatically take you to the shopping bag, if you wish to continue shopping click on the continue shopping button located on the lower right hand corner of shopping bag. Once all items have been added to your shopping bag, return to the shopping bag and click on checkout located on the lower right hand corner of the shopping bag. From there you will proceed through the check out process.

Ordering by Phone
To place and order by phone call us toll free at 1-877-ODIGWE1(1-877-634-4931), Monday through Thursday 8:00 am — 5:00 pm EST, except holidays.
We will not accept orders via mail or facsimile.

Order Status
A confirmation email will be sent to you after your order is placed and you will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Payment Options
At Nwakaego-Odigwe.com we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped. Visa and MasterCard Debit Cards will have pending charges as soon as an order is placed. We cannot accept cash, checks, money orders, traveler's checks, ATM or shared value cards. In order to make a purchase at Nwakaego-Odigwe.com your shipping and billing addresses must be located within the USA. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the USA.
Please be sure to enter your first and last name, billing address and credit card number as they appear on your credit card statement.

Pricing
We are required by law to charge sales tax on all orders except those shipped to the following states: Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, Oregon, South Dakota, Vermont, and Wyoming. Additionally, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island exempt apparel merchandise under certain circumstances.

Some sales tax as well as shipping charges will apply for goods purchased. Those states are: Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Please note that the on-screen order totals reflect estimated sales tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes and will be calculated when the order is shipped.

Returns
Returns are accepted by mail within 14 days of the order shipment date. Unworn / unused merchandise with tickets attached and intact will be accepted for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping charges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please Note: All Jewelry and Clearance purchases are Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
For damaged item, please include a receipt of the shipping charges with your return so that you may be refunded.

Returns by Mail
Fill out the return form on the reverse side of your receipt. Enclose the return form/receipt along with your return item(s). Keep a copy for your records.
Ship your package by UPS, FedEx or USPS. We recommend sending returns by insured and traceable mail to ensure delivery. We are only able to issue refunds on merchandise that is received in our fulfillment center.

Exchanges
Currently we cannot process exchanges by mail. Please contact one of our customer service specialists and they can assist you in placing a new order at 1-877-ODIGWE1 (1-877-634-4931), Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am — 5:00 pm EST, excluding holidays.

General Shipping Information
We offer three shipping options all shipped by UPS: Standard Ground, Two Day and Next Day Shipping.
Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday. We do not ship or deliver orders on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be processed and shipped within 24-36 business hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following business day.
Customers that are placing orders to be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska should select Two Day Shipping. Next Day shipping to Hawaii and Alaska cannot be guaranteed.
Orders can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. All APO/FPO orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service.
Our fulfillment center is closed for the observance of Major Holidays. Orders placed on major holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

• Can I ship an item to a PO BOX?
  We do not deliver to a PO Box address.
  When will my order ship? Monday through Thursday orders ship within two business days. Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on the following business day. Once your order has shipped you will receive a ship confirmation email.
• Do you ship internationally?
  We do not ship internationally at this time.
